What we collect when you get in touch, and what we do with it. Last updated 23 September 2026.
High-5 Renovations is a renovation company based in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. If you have a question about this policy or about your information, call us on (902) 629-6292 or email info@high5renovations.ca.
Only what you type into a form on this site: your name and phone number, and if you choose to give them, your email, your town, the service you are asking about and your message. We also note which form you used. If you call or text us, we have your number and whatever you send us.
To answer you, come out and look, quote the job and do the work. If you tick the box on the form, we may also text or email you about the job and the odd update after. You can stop that any time by replying STOP or telling us.
Our forms are delivered to our email by a form service called Web3Forms. We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone else for their marketing.
This site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. It loads its fonts from Google Fonts, and the map on our contact page is a Google Maps embed. When those load, Google receives your IP address, the same as on most websites.
As long as we need it for your job, and for the business records we are required to keep.
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it where we are not required to keep it. Call or email us and we will sort it out.
