We are an authorized independent provider of The Home Depot Home Services Canadian network. Home Services' jobs are backed by the world's largest home improvement retailer, The Home Depot.
High-5 is in both Home Depot programmes: Local Pro, and the authorized installer programme covering flooring, bathrooms and basements. Kitchen and cabinet work sits outside that programme and is High-5's own.
What is not in question is the standard. Home Depot requires its authorized installers to pass a background check and to carry insurance. That is Home Depot's own published requirement rather than a claim we are making about ourselves, which is the entire point of it being worth something to you.
High-5 Renovations is an independent business. Home Depot does not employ us.

Most people underestimate how much work goes into a renovation, and assume the place is already ready for the new materials. Usually it is not. Before anything new goes in there is demolition, preparation, waterproofing, plumbing, levelling, trim and disposal, plus the things that only turn up once the wall is open.
So you are not just paying somebody to install the new product. You are paying for knowing what has to happen before it goes in, how to deal with the problems when they come up, and how to leave you with a job that looks right and lasts.
We are not trying to be the cheapest crew just to win the job. We would rather do it properly and have you happy with how it looks years down the road, not just on the day we finish.
